Joelle Friedman, MPA, is a Project Manager for the UPenn PRC Administrative Core. Ms. Friedman is the Associate Director for the Center for Health Incentives and Behavioral Economics at the Leonard Davis Institute (LDI CHIBE) at the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Friedman joined the Center in July 2010 after spending 10 years at Duke University where she managed numerous clinical research studies as a Clinical Trial Project Leader and, in the latter part of her tenure, was the Managing Director of Research Operations where she led the research group’s day to day operations. Ms. Friedman holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Columbia University and received her Bachelor’s from Rutgers University.
